Who we are
Intus Savings and Loan Association was established in 2014 to provide competitive deposit and loan products. Intus Group has two operative companies, Intus Savings and Loan Association and its affiliate company Intus Financial Services Oy Ltd, also called Intus Brokers. We can offer to our clients both high return fixed interest Intus accounts from Intus and capital protected products from major international banks with Intus Brokers. We have also partnered with Revolut Ltd., one of the leading European payment services companies, to be able to provide our clients card services with competitive terms. As of today, after eight years of successful operation, our customer base consists of a large number of both domestic and international clients.
Intus Savings and Association is mutually held, meaning both depositors and borrowers are members with equal voting rights, and have the ability to direct the financial and managerial goals of Intus. You can find how Intus is regulated here.
We are specialized in Savings Accounts and Consumer Loans, and we accept new depositor members from all over the world.
How can we offer such high interest rates?
We provide consumer loans to Intus members with interest rates between 14.80-18.00%. By this way we are able to pay higher interest rates on our savings accounts than traditional banks.
Intus provides loans up to 3,000€, and only to credit-worthy Intus members, to minimize the credit risk and maximize the security of our depositor members.
Are Intus Savings Accounts safe?
Intus Savings and Loan Association, as well as its investment portfolio, is strictly regulated by several Regulation Acts in Estonia, which provides its members with high level security.
To maximize the security and minimize the risk, we invest our deposits only in loans to other members of Intus. Our team carefully checks the creditworthiness of each loan applicant and we grant loans very selectively.
Our financial activity is periodically reviewed by an internal audit committee, and by an independent external auditor, and our annual financial report is publicly available.
